Who we are

What this site collects

The site itself collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no forms that post to our servers, and no tracking cookies. We measure visits with Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics service that uses no cookies and stores no personal identifiers: we see aggregate page views and referrers, never who you are.

Third-party services you choose to use

Some links and embeds on this site take you to services run by other companies. Each only receives your data when you choose to use it, and each has its own privacy policy:

• Calendly, if you book a diagnostic call: the name, email address and booking details you enter.
• ScoreApp, if you take the pricing scorecard: your answers and the email address your results are sent to. We do not ask for a phone number, and any follow-up email includes an unsubscribe link.
• LinkedIn, if you subscribe to the Pricing Power Playbook newsletter or follow our pages.
• YouTube, if you play an embedded video.

Data from client engagements

If you engage us, the commercial information you share is handled under the terms of that engagement and, where agreed, a non-disclosure agreement. Case studies name a client only where the client has agreed to it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). For most visitors the answer will be that we hold nothing: this site does not collect personal data, and anything you gave to Calendly, ScoreApp, LinkedIn or YouTube sits with them.
