Ayon Bhattacharyya

My background in pricing strategy spans over 15 years and across multiple industries with recognisable brands such as British Airways, Equifax, News Corporation, Trade Me, Hoyts, and Westpac. In terms of my qualifications, I am CIMA qualified and hold an Executive MBA from a reputed business school. I have also featured on several pricing podcasts and am a keynote speaker at various tech accelerator events in Europe and Australasia. I now work mainly with disruptive mid-sized B2B companies in the tech, SaaS, cybersecurity, and marketplace spaces, helping them to achieve profitable growth through building and implementing ‘best practice’ pricing processes. I have developed a proven value-based framework which leverages pricing studies, usage data and customer insights to build price segments based on willingness to pay, as well as creating effective positioning and packaging strategies that maximise the pricing power of my clients.
